Online Coaching And Consultation ProductsConsultation - gives the client direct access to our experience for ideas and advice on how to integrate Inner Game principles into their coaching practice, business or everyday life. Coaching - includes a free half-hour video call before deciding which of our coaching options is most suitable and e-mail support to boost the client's mobility in moving towards clarified goals. We will use the GROW model (Goals, Reality, Options and Will) to -
Video Call - assumes that the client has access to an internet connection with a webcam and video-call software. We are set up to work with Skype and Microsoft Live Messenger.
Free Video Call - checks coach/client compatibility and helps to get straight to focussed work once the paid sessions begin. If the client or coach feels that there are any reasons the work could be unproductive after this initial free half-hour, they can choose freely not to continue. The coach will refer the client to one of the other coaches on the team if they feel the client's needs could be better served by another team member's particular experience. Session Notes - are e-mailed to the client as soon as is practically possible after the consultation or coaching session. They will contain a summary of the session from the coaches perspective and any suggestions, questions and insights the coach may have had during the session or on reflection afterwards. With online coaching packages, the session notes will contain specific goals and action steps that have been agreed upon by both coach and client during the session. E-mail Support - helps to maintain the client's focus on action steps and enables questions, challenges and obstacles to be flagged up and briefly discussed before the next coaching session. The coach agrees to give appropriate time to e-mail support in line with the above description but remains in charge of the time allocated and will notify the client if they feel there is an unecessary demand on their time. E-mail support can include IM (Instant Messaging) if both parties are set up to communicate in this way and if the coach remains in charge of time given.
Confidentiality - we agree to keep all records of coaching sessions and consultation strictly confidential between the coach and the client. We may ask at times to share aspects of the coaching relationship with other Inner Works Coaching team members for a second opinion or for quality control, or to post experiences as client or coach on our forum or in articles for the benefit of others. In these instances, the client will always be asked before any action is taken and will be fully informed of anything that is shared with others. Guarantee and Refunds - we are confident that we can provide a valuable service for our clients. However, if for any reason the client is not satisfied with our consultation or coaching service, we are happy to refund their payment in full for hourly bookings or for any remaining weeks of pre-paid 4 or 8 week session packages based on the weekly price being the package price divided by the number of weeks paid for.
