Online Coaching And Consultation Products

Consultation - gives the client direct access to our experience for ideas and advice on how to integrate Inner Game principles into their coaching practice, business or everyday life.

Coaching - includes a free half-hour video call before deciding which of our coaching options is most suitable and e-mail support to boost the client's mobility in moving towards clarified goals.

We will use the GROW model (Goals, Reality, Options and Will) to -

  • Help check and clarify the client's goals.
  • Look objectively at the current situation, finding out specifically what is happening, what challenges and obstacles there may be and what resources the client already has to call on.
  • Discuss all the options available.
  • Get to a point where there are some clear, realistic and agreed action steps. The coaching process helps enormously to create accountability, and ensure steady movement towards realising the client's goals.

Video Call - assumes that the client has access to an internet connection with a webcam and video-call software. We are set up to work with Skype and Microsoft Live Messenger.

  • The video call will be scheduled to suit both parties, begin promptly and last no longer than the time described in the product table below.
  • If the call reaches a satisfactory conlusion for both coach and client before this time, it will count as a full session if more than half an hour has been taken up. If less than half an hour has been taken up, a second half-hour can be scheduled for the same week of coaching.
  • Call start-times may be rescheduled up to 48 hours beforehand by either the coach or the client. If the coach asks to reschedule within 48 hours of the start-time, the client may reschedule the video call to the next coaching week, if it proves inconvenient to reschedule during the current coaching week. If the client asks to reschedule within 48 hours of the start-time, the coach may choose not to reshedule if inconvenient or if it entails rolling the session over to the next coaching week.
  • If the coach fails to make an agreed video call time, the client is entitled to a free rollover week of online coaching. If the client fails to make an agreed video call time, they will be charged for the video call in full.
  • If coach and client are at their computers for the scheduled time but there are valid technological reasons beyond their reasonable control for not being able to connect, then both parties agree to reschedule as soon as is practically possible. Coach and client are both responsible for testing their computer hardware and software satisfactorily prior to the scheduled video call.

Free Video Call - checks coach/client compatibility and helps to get straight to focussed work once the paid sessions begin. If the client or coach feels that there are any reasons the work could be unproductive after this initial free half-hour, they can choose freely not to continue. The coach will refer the client to one of the other coaches on the team if they feel the client's needs could be better served by another team member's particular experience.

Session Notes - are e-mailed to the client as soon as is practically possible after the consultation or coaching session. They will contain a summary of the session from the coaches perspective and any suggestions, questions and insights the coach may have had during the session or on reflection afterwards. With online coaching packages, the session notes will contain specific goals and action steps that have been agreed upon by both coach and client during the session.

E-mail Support - helps to maintain the client's focus on action steps and enables questions, challenges and obstacles to be flagged up and briefly discussed before the next coaching session. The coach agrees to give appropriate time to e-mail support in line with the above description but remains in charge of the time allocated and will notify the client if they feel there is an unecessary demand on their time. E-mail support can include IM (Instant Messaging) if both parties are set up to communicate in this way and if the coach remains in charge of time given.

Confidentiality - we agree to keep all records of coaching sessions and consultation strictly confidential between the coach and the client. We may ask at times to share aspects of the coaching relationship with other Inner Works Coaching team members for a second opinion or for quality control, or to post experiences as client or coach on our forum or in articles for the benefit of others. In these instances, the client will always be asked before any action is taken and will be fully informed of anything that is shared with others.

Guarantee and Refunds - we are confident that we can provide a valuable service for our clients. However, if for any reason the client is not satisfied with our consultation or coaching service, we are happy to refund their payment in full for hourly bookings or for any remaining weeks of pre-paid 4 or 8 week session packages based on the weekly price being the package price divided by the number of weeks paid for.
